      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a project where the following worked for me: if(match(Status, 'Active', 'Requested'),&amp;nbsp; today() - [Date Rqstd]) as [Days Outstanding],&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am trying to use other statuses &amp;amp; no go&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if(match(Status, 'Work in Progress', More User Info needed'),&amp;nbsp; today() - [Date Rqstd]) as [Days Outstanding],&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jude&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
