I had a project where the following worked for me: if(match(Status, 'Active', 'Requested'), today() - [Date Rqstd]) as [Days Outstanding],

Now I am trying to use other statuses & no go

if(match(Status, 'Work in Progress', More User Info needed'), today() - [Date Rqstd]) as [Days Outstanding],

any help will be appreciated.

What is the issue you are running into? May be a missing single quote?

if(match(Status, 'Work in Progress', 'More User Info needed'), today() - [Date Rqstd]) as [Days Outstanding],

Ok, let me check that. So multiple status values in one statement are ok?

Yes it does, as long as you are using a match/wildmatch/mixmatch function....
