      <description>Hi Bhusjosh,&lt;BR /&gt;In "View" tab, there is a selection called "Design Grid".&lt;BR /&gt;Or you can click "Ctrl + G" to open it.&lt;BR /&gt;Then right click the cell of your straight table.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose the "Custom Format Cell"&lt;BR /&gt;Then change what you want.&lt;BR /&gt;Aiolos</description>

This solution works for changing all the labels.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I don't want to change all the labels color i want to change few among all (e.g. Column-1 Green, column-2 yellow Column-3 red like this).
