OLEDB Connection issue to SQL Server 2016

We just upgraded our server to Windows 2016 and trying to create a OLEDB Connection to SQL Server 2016 but no luck. It does not connect. I am using the User name and Password so Access cant be an issue

Attached please find the error snapshot.

Hi,

Have you tried connecting through SQL Server Management Studio before connecting to Qlik using OLEDB ?
