    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, Qlik is quite good for consuming all kinds of logs.&amp;nbsp; Text logs are supported out of the box.&amp;nbsp; For Windows event logs you either need to extract them to to text files first using something like MS LogParser or use a custom or ODBC connector.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Rob&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I wasn't sure which to post this in, but can Qlik or QlikView read server logs like Windows Event logs, /var/log/messages, etc. and allow me to build "projections" and other analysis?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
