Opening Balance in EveryMonth

HI Guys,

I have to show one analysis in which closing month of previous month is the opening month of current month.

the dimension in MonthName only.

e.g

MonthName, Value

Jan18,100

Feb18,200

Mar18,300

and so on.

Output:

MonthName, Value, Output

Jan18,-100,-

Feb18,200,100

Mar18,300,200 and so on.

Please suggest. how i can do it on frontend or backend wherever it is possible.
