Field values change when QVD stored in Local machine vs QVD stored in QV server

We have a few Materials, for instance, 64650000000 and 64780000000 stored in MS SQL DB

Scenario 1: Pull Materials from MS SQL server table. Store in QVD locally. Pull Materials from this QVD. Materials displayed in Dashboard are as:

64650000000 and 64780000000

Scenario 1: Pull Materials from MS SQL server table. Store in QVD on QV server. Pull Materials from this QVD. Materials displayed in Dashboard are as:

646500E5 and 647800E5

What difference does it make when data is stored in QVD saved locally and when data is stored in QVD saved on QV server?

The only difference is the number formatting. The numbers are the same. 64650000000 is 646500 * 100000 which can also be written as 646500E5.
