Makro to store variable value to txt file

Hi,

I have a Variable called vEvacuationMode in my app, and I have two buttons which set the value to either "evacuate" or "do not evacuate".

I now want that upon button-click a makro is run, which stores the value of that variable to a text file. The text file should then look like this:

Status
do not evacuate

or like this:

Status

evacuate

I've already tried to write a makro, but I think I'm still far away from being successful. Can someone help me?

Appreciate any hint/help.
