bar chart one bar stack and one not

hi,

i have a bar chart that i need in each month one bar need to be stacked and one not stacked.

to do it im using a dimension called "_bar" with the values 1,2

_bar=1 its the stacked and 2 not stacked

i have 3 expressions ex1,2 go to _bar=1

and ex3 go to _bar=2.

its all work fine but in need to have set analysis on the year end month selection/

i want to see the bar in all the months.

and the the condition with the _bar dont allow me to see it in all the month.

i tried-

FABS(sum({<SAVE_MONTH={">=$(vLastYearDate)<=$(vCurrYearDate)"},Year=,Month=,Quarter=,ST_TRANS_LOGIC={'Issue3'},DSLW_ORDER_TYPE={'slow to raw'}>}ST_VALUE_USD))/1000)

NOT WORKING...

Can you please share sample data with app, that will help to identify issue.
