Sub totalling in Straight Table

thanks in advance. I'm using version 8.5 and I have created a straight table so show some sales data and have set to dynamic to show no. of rows. I would like to have 2 row at last to show the subtotaling and grand total. e.g.

Grand total = total no. of data is 100 rows

Sub-total = as configured (10 rows total if showing top 10 row, 20 rows total if showing top 20 row)

Grand total is ok to use the "total mode" in "Expressions" to get the sum of total.

However, I couldn't able to set the sub-total row as configured.

Is there anyone can help??

subtotals are only in a pivot table possible.

In straight table sub-total option are not available. so for that use pivot table

It is not posible to get the sub total in the stright table ie straight table contain only indvl rows it will disply only particular total.

Now on QlikView 11 it's possible , in the Dimension Limits tab select Show Total of the dimension you want , Regards!
