How to build a flag using dates from excel versus dates in system to determine a new client

Hi,

I would like to build a flag in my app to determine what clients on my system is 'ADD' a new client and which where, where they have an existing contract they just 'ADD' another contract to their profile.

I have a excel spreed sheet that i mapped my month end dates and i would like to create a flag with that to my clients contract creation dates in the system. (Keep in mind that my month end dates does not run from the 01 to 30/31)

Some of my clients might have multiple contracts but if all contracts are not created in the same month then it is not seen as a ADD.

Can someone advise me of what i can do?

Month End Dates: 2019/02/24 - 2019/03/24 - Month End March 2019

(An excel spread sheet is kept of all the month ends with their start and end dates as seen above)

ID: Contract: Contract Creation:

124 ABS 2019/02/28 This will be a add on as there was a contract loaded

124 ABS1 2018/03/01

125 CBD 2019/02/28 This is a new one as it was created in the month end dates

126 DED 2019/03/03 This will be a add on as there was a contract loaded

126 DED1 2018/01/22

127 POP 2019/03/23 This is a new one as it was created in the month end dates

If the new does not fall within the month end date then it is not seen as a new contract.

I would like to be able to see what was add on' s and what was newly loaded.
