textbox not displaying correct value

Hello All,

The text box is not displaying correct value which is the one on bar graph. I have highlighted the two. The one with rolling 3 months is correct because the value matches, but one with rolling 12 months is incorrect because it shows zero for unique patients. This is also the case with encounters in rolling 12 months.

Any suggestions please? where and what should I look into to correct this?? Help !!

Seeing simply data points never help, Can i know the formula you used?

Hi @saminea_ANZ ,

Whenever I right click the '0' of Unique Patients -> Select Properties; I find this variable attached in below image.

This variable remains same for both the 3 months rolling tab and 12 months rolling tab. Can you please help me know where can I find this variable and its related calculations. Because I went through the 'Edit Script' But this variable no where in it.
