Default selection even if selections are cleared

Good day

I created a trigger for my dashboard to always default on latest year (in my case 2019) when it's opened. It works well except when the user clears all selections, how do I make to default to latest year again when selections are cleared? The field used for this is Year, please see attached screenshot. Thanks

Hi ,

Might be these options can help you:

1.Set Clear State : To current year , so any time when folks press clear all , you will have still 2019 bydefault selected

2. Lock the year field , which won't change by Clear All

3. Use Alternate State option.

Hi,

You can select the 'Always One selected value' in the general pane of the filter. And , add triggers accordingly to select max(year)
