Embedding Hyperlink to dimension labels in PDF reports

I have an urgent executive requirement to incorporate links to various consoles/web pages in a PDF report. The link is meant to be incorporated into the label definition of chart type objects as attached in the sample. PDF X-Change is currently used to generate this report.

Attached is a sample file being used to test how this can be achieved.

How can this be achieved such that a link to dimension labels in reports can be made to work when a PDF file is generated?

Please help with insights on how this can be achieved.

Thanks for your feedback.

I tried the method in the sample you provided but it seems to only work went the url is used as the tag as well. Attached is an example I tested. I need the links on first and 3rd column and do not want to display the actual link.
