Qlikview 12.20, Pivot Table Sorting Issue

Hi,

We have Qlikview 12.20 installed on our machines.

When we open a dashboard, originally developed in Qlikview 11.20, in the Qlikview 12.20, then the sort order in the pivot tables is breaking.

Is this a known behavior of Qlikview, that when a document developed in 11.20, opened in 12.20, the sort order in pivot table breaks?

kindly clarify.

Hey!

What version did you upgrade to? I looked through our knowledge database and found a reference to a defect ID QV-15330, which sounds like what you are describing: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000058560

Found that mentioned in the release notes, too.

If this isn't it, it might be worth testing with other documents? Also, try to resave the document in the newer version.
