Hi, I have a problem, I'm creating a self-calculating KPI. in this KPI I implemented a field created with the unique autonumberhash every time the Agent - Client - Contract - Transaction Date Operation - Received Data Operation, combo change. If several operations are performed on the same day, they are all calculated as a single operation and the total is added, so 3 operations must be counted as one, for example, if they are all carried out on the same day. I can make it work for all 180 agents except for 1 ... 1 agent alone cannot read the distinct count made to count how many values created in autonumberhash, for that Agent, there are, I always report 1 more (I'm 14, I report 15). I applied the formula: count (total <Agent> distinct {my set analisys} A3GCount) where A3Gcount is the field created with autonumberhash (therefore unique)
