Error while extracting data from MySQL database

Dear All,

I'm trying to extract data from MySQL database and I'm getting the below error.

Error: SQL##f - SqlState: 08S01, ErrorCode: 2013, ErrorMsg: [MySQL][ODBC 5.3(w) Driver][mysqld-5.6.17]Lost connection to MySQL server during query

The task was running fine and from last few days i am facing this issue.

Does anyone come across this kind of situation.

Does the table takes long to fetch in the mysql client? If so this might have to do with the timeout issue in MySQL you can increase the timeout and then try to fetch data again in QlikView.
