Unable to select .mdb Access Database Type in OBDC

I know there are a lot of "connect to microsoft access db" questions, but I can't seem to figure this one out. When using the OBDC tool and following the directions found in both the community and on YouTube videos, I still only have the Amazon Redshift option. I installed the most recent OLEDB driver and still have no luck. Any guidance would be greatly helpful. Thank you.

Hi, that dialog connects to an already created ODBC connection

Just Google Microsoft Access DSN, and you should get quite a few hits there...
