List Box Default After Clear Selection

Please see attached qvw

I would like the list box on the listbox sheet to default to ID

Tried adding a trigger to the sheet activate which works great

until clear all selections is clicked

How can I make it default to ID even after clear all selections is clicked

Are you using a button to clear all ? Then you can setup the action in the button properties. If you are using the clear button on the menu, Then first clear all then select your default ID and then select "Set Clear State" as shown below in the screen shot. So no whenever you click the clear on the menu you will retain the default ID. Hope this helps..

I do not see any file attached except a screen shot.

The clear option that you are using within the list box will not work. You need to create a button and then control it from there. See my sample file attached and see if that helps. When you open the sample file, you will see "P2" selected by default. Then when you select any other status code and then click on the "Clear" button then it will clear your selections but keep "P2" selected. Hope this helps..

Note: I provided two different ways and hope this is what you want.
