Filling input boxes and saving into an Excel file

Hey guys,

So, sometime ago, I asked about saving something i write in a input box, for example, and then this send it to an excel file, so i can start filling out forms and creating a .xls database... I got a document .qvw as answer, wich was very helpful... But i need to add another thing, like another variable, but the answer it's a number, between 1 and 4... i was thinking about something like a check box, but dropdown select will work fine too... Can someone help me doind this script?

Hi,
Will it be possible for you to share a .qvf file for this functionality?
I am not having license of qlikview to open the file,however, i am using qlik sense which uses .qvf files.
