How do I remove duplicate total header label on pivot table?

Hi,

I have a problem in a pivot table to removing the following:

As you can see, the word TOTAL gets displayed 2 times, I want to display Total only once.

I think the view causes the 2 totals, see an alternative I have uploaded.
