Animation is work in developer mode but not in web view

This is working as expected, that feature is only available in the exe clients, the Desktop and IE Plugin client, Ajax does not support the feature and is documented in the Help:

Scroll down to Animation Dialog area, there is a note there stating Ajax Client does not use the feature...
