Hi, I dont' know why isn't showing (I don't have that version to test now) have you tried if CTRL+G shows the grid?

To show custom cell format options you can also check the 'Always show design options' (or something similar) in Configurations -> User properties -> design tab

Alessandro, the only other thing I have in addition to what Ruben recommended would be to try recreating your Settings.ini file for your Desktop Client to see if something in there got switched off somehow, that should reset everything for sure. The Settings.ini is located in: C:\Users\YourUserProfileName\AppData\Roaming\QlikTech\QlikView. If Ruben's tricks did not work, try this, just be sure there are no running QV.exe processes when you rename the file.

If Ruben's comments did work, be sure to come back to the thread and use the Accept as Solution on his post to give him credit for the help...

Regards,
Brett

Hi, just to be sure, in your inital post you said: "QlikSense Desktop of February 2019". It is really Qlik Sense?

Becasuse the image is a capture from QlikView, wich is a different product.

In qlik Sense you just click on edit button (upper right corner) and shows the grid, but developing dashboards is different than QlikView.

Hi Rube, onestly I don't know if my version is really QlikSense or QlikView.

I think that is QlikSense...I attached a small picture of my tool.

ciao

ale

Yes, that is QlikSense, so you won't have the same menus as you have in QlikView.

When you open an app, in the upper right corner you will see an Edit button, that button shows the grid and other options to edit sheets.

This is a different product so it's a good idea to talk with your IT department so they can guide you on how to use this tool, there are also a lot of videos in the community and youtube on how to work with Sense.

Regards.
