Report Editor Loop Printing

Hi All,

I have a report that need to include a long table, like the follow.

Cover Page (Single Page)

Table Page (Multi Page) - A long table of products that could take up to few pages

Result Page (Single Page and Loop over a field(Category) )

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: I need this report for every value in a field(Provider) and print out to mail.

Clicking on each provider and printing the report is "possible" but the amount of provider is large enough to cost a lot time and it will repeat every quarter.

One solution I tired is loop the report over the field(Provider) to create a large pdf then it can be print and sort. But the problem with this is the page number is based on the whole pdf instead of each provider.

I tired to do the page number in the script for each provider but having trouble with Table Page. Since Table Page is a multi-page representing the big table, and calculation and element remain static.

I am open to any suggestion.

Ethan, the only workaround of which I can think on this one would be to strip out the page number on the multi-page report if each page of that is specific to the customer.... Not sure if that helps or not, otherwise I am with Lisa, NPrinting is likely the correct solution on this one if that does not work.

How does NPrinting work, is there a offline version where I can use as a report tool?

Sorry I do not have anything better for you, but I suspect NPrinting may do what you want.
