Can Qlikview Do these.....?

Hi All,

I would like to know few things about Qlikview. Hope some body can help me out.

* We are planning to load 75 GB of data into Qlikview. Can Qlikview support this? If so can some body tell me how much of data can Qlikview handle smoothly?

* Can Qlikview do advance analytics? i.e Regressions, Correlation, Furiour Transform ..??

Suggestions are appreciateable.

Hi, Kevin

For data loading, you may need to share with us how many rows of records and what are the number of fields for each record with us.

Theoretically, QV is able to handle around 2~3 billions of records with ~10-15 fields (actual figures to be supported by Qliktech Professionals).

For handling of that amount of data, you may need a good configuration system (to be recommended by Qliktech as well).

For those functions, such as correlation, yes there is such a function.

However, fouriers transform may not be available, and you might need to develop your own script for it.

Thanks for your reply and useful info.

I can give a rought idea of my table rows. there are 66 lakhs of rows in 1 Gb of data and around 25 to 30 fileds in table.

In Qlikview V11 there is a option named Data Discovery. With this we can achieve this.
