I have Group Code, Group Name etc..

Each year few of the group code commission would get change for example Group code AA2019 would be 1 % commission and AA2020 will be 10 % commssion. Rest all will be in default commission.As of now I have a pick function to mathch the commission values for group codes.Is there anything like I can maintain excel for only changing group code.If so Hpw to assign a default value for the group codes that are not avaialbe in excel.

The group codes are coming from group qvd( Commsion values are hard coded one)

Example

Group Code Commission

AA20 10%
BB20 20% ETC...
