Create a Cumulative Bar Chart

Hi All,

I am hoping someone might be able to help me with the below problem. I have the following sample data set:

Application Name	Inception Date
A	Feb-2018
B	Sep-19
C	Sep-19
D	Sep-19
E	Dec-19
F	Jan-20
G	Feb-19
H	May-20
I	May-20

I am looking to get a cumulative bar chart that shows how amount of systems incepted for each month using the above data from Jul-19 onwards. Is this possible? I have tried some solutions but to no avail.
