Hi,

I have fields Year where the year consists of values 2015,2016,2017,2018,2019,2020, I have another field cycle no which has 100 values,I have cost Field.

I want to know the cycles Maintenance cost that consists of intervals

2015 - 2020(Cycles which are working from 2015 to 2020) this all should come in one group

and the format should be like

2015-2020 2015-cost,2016-cost,2017-cost,2018-cost,2019-cost,2020-cost in a pivot table

2016 -2020(Cycles which are starting from 2016 to 2020) this all should come in one group

2016-2020 2016-cost,2017-cost,2018-cost,2019-cost,2020-cost in a pivot table

2017 -2020(Cycles which are starting from 2017 to 2020) this all should come in one group.

if the cycle is starting from 2016.Then that cycle costs should come under 2016-2020 and it should not get duplicated costs in 2015-2020.

You can use the intervalmatch function for this
