Expression error on using another Expression inside IF / AGGR Statement

Hi,

I have the below expression (utilisation) evaluated under another expression having IF and AGGR statement on a PIVOT CHART. The expression for <50% is erroring out. What am i doing wrong, Any thoughts? Thanks!

Utilisation =Round(Max( {$<Date= {$(=Max(Date)'}>} {$<Metric = {"*off","*On"}>} [PEAK VALUE] /
Max({$<Date = {'$(=Max(Date))'}>} [CAPACITY])),.01)
