I want to sort the graph so that the a dimension goes from 2018, 2015, 2017, 2016 in this order from left to right. After rearranging the a dimension values like this, you'll see that the blue bars where b = 1 are sorted in descending order. Note that all the other values in b do not matter in this, and I would like to keep the values of b in ascending order.
