Do you have a sample where you have been trying it? It might be easier to look at a sample where we can work to get the output you are hoping to get

Hi all,

I will be incredibly impressed if some one is able to help me on this one!

I am trying to plot my actual IRR for my BMW book .

My net 'cashflows' are currently calculated as:

sum({$<[Trans Type]= {R},Client = {'BMW'} >} Amount)*0.75

I have a date variable called monthyear

and lets say the cost is R20 000 000 which is imported as [BMW C] from the Costs table.

PLEASE, help we with the expression or any other suggestions of how to go about it. I thought of trying to create a variable with my cashflows but my code was unsuccessful. I am still new to QllikVIew so please excuse me if I am making a stupid mistake. I know there is an IRR formula but I don't know how to get my cashflows in the correct form to perform it. Please just ask if you need anymore information

Thank you greatly in advance
