Hi, i need some help.

I am trying to load a few files into QV, but in some of the files somebody hasn't been consistent with the naming of fields - for example, 'REMARKS' in one file, 'Remarks' in another.

When i try to load all files, i wan't QV to recognise that they are both the same regardless of the difference. I know i can load with no headers (load as A, B, C etc) but that would mean i would need to be certain that i have the same number of columns in each file.

I have tried the ALIAS function, but i am either using it wrong or misunderstand its use...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Dan
