Filter the aggregate data from qlikview associated Data on Event Trigger

I have a typical problem of filtering out the Aggregated data of the Maximum value after grouping the filtered data and display the Aggregate Data like for e.g. Max on the associated data on dynamic basis. Need help to code it on button click event.

Attached is the files associated with my trial.

All that I need is to group by Department and get the data where "Max(Joined Date)" is equal to "Joined Date" value (without group by).Means in each department i need the employee with Max Joining Date or the most recently joined Employee.
