Set Analysis in Straight Table Chart - Average by subset of dimensions

I have the following charts:

In the straight table chart on the left in column "Position Avg", I want to add the average "Actual" value by Year & Position. I've been trying to achieve this with Set Analysis, but I am not able to figure this out. I included a second chart next to the main, that shows the average values I'm trying to incorporate into the straight table chart on the left.

I've added a data file to the post. I've had great success in the past with Set Analysis, but I'm drawing a complete blank on how to do this. I've tried several different approaches, but nothing is working. It seems simple, but I can't figure this out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

I am not sure you need set analysis, maybe total, so;

avg(Total <Position, Year> Actual)

That did the trick! Thank you Chris, I was focused on set analysis and it turned out to be a much simpler solution.
