Clear and Select same field using Variable onChange Trigger

I am using a Input box which is assigning value to a variable.

Then using an OnChange trigger to assign values a Field after doing some calculation

It is working fine if I go from more assigned values to less assigned values but reverse is not working.

e.g A report contain Region and Total customers and user has to give value to see only those regions who are having greater than a certain number of customers.

So if input is 10 i.e. Region with greater than 10 customers

then suppose Region = (CUST1,CUST2,CUST3,CUST4)

So if input is 20

then Region = (CUST3,CUST4)

Now if Input is back to 10

the Region = (CUST1,CUST2,CUST3,CUST4)

First two scenario is working but last scenario is not working. I have tried to add Clear the Field first and then Assign the value on same field but still it is not working.

Done some changes in Set Analysis and it worked.I don't need to clear the field before assigning the values
