How to join data that differs slightly in Qlikview

Hello Qlik community,

I'm trying to join some data from two different tables which have slight differences, ideally in the script but an expression will be sufficient.

In one table the ref. is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 etc.

In the other table I need to join the ref. is R001,R002,R003,R004,R005,R006,R007,R008,R009,R010 etc.
