Differences between using a Table Box and a Straight Table in QlikView

I'm curious what the Pros/Cons are for using a straight table vs a table box in QlikView.

After looking at a couple threads, it seems that in straight table, you can play with your data by adding expressions vs a table box shows your data (without duplicates?). However, and I'll admit I haven't gotten the hang of this yet, can you not also add expressions/calculated columns to a table box? Thanks for help & explaining any pros/cons advantages/disadvantages between the two!

Table box is best adding the Fields quickly and see it. The only disadvantage which I see is, we could not add Expressions like Background color.

From the Straight Table, you can convert it to other Chart Types.
