Need to create a bucket for different ranges

Hi,

I have been struggling to create a bucket from the below attached data.

What i really want is, the range or buckets (1,2-3,4-6,7-8,>8) which gives me the count of Active Customers as of Date.

For eg – If we are viewing the report as of cycle 11 and if the Customer in a particular Subvertical(Dimension) has done sales > 0 in 10 cycles from 11 cycles, than it should reflect in the tab > 8.

If we are viewing the report as of cycle 11 and if the Customer in a particular Subvertical(Dimension) has done sales > 0 in 2 cycles only from 11 cycles, then it should reflect in the tab 2-3

How is the data look like? What have you tried thus far? Can you share a sample app or data with what you expect to see from it?
