Conditional Display of a Straight Table not working

Hi All

I am developing a large document (>10 sheets, 5Mil records) on my i5 Laptop in prep for our server provisioning.

Previously I have had a chart (viz Straight Table) that displays conditionally via a count of distinct of a dimension.

This has worked and works in a smaller doc as well when tested, the functionality of this now does not work, i.e. the

chart displays persistently.

I have tried reducing the data set to a few thousand rows and removed all sheets except one.

I was wondering if anyone has had similar issues with conditional display of charts/tables ?

I do not have any problems with conditional dimensions on a chart for example.

Have you tested the expression in a text box object that it still seems to be working?

As mentioned by sunny, test the conditional expression in text box and make sure it returns appropriate value, if not share a sample application or the condition that you are using. we may try looking into this and help you.

Yes to all of the above, I only posted here as the issue is confounding me. I may hold off until our server is provisioned, my Laptop may be under spec'd for this doc size and bespoke functionality.

I created a new doc and can make the cond chart work using the same approach.

Ok I found the issue, clearly I have switched on a document security attribute , in this case the "Show all Sheets and Objects" was checked, this will result in the issue I have reported here
