Removing Rows from Pivot Table

Hi,

The Image below are two pivot tables of the same data.

In table-1 the complete data is displayed but in the second table only rows data1 and data2 are displayed.

My problem is that in the second table I dont want to see the '-' row.

How can I achieve this.

Please let me know if you need any more clarification.

Hi Rohita!

you can do that by going to the Chart properties > Dimensions Tab > and then select the Dimension you used and check " Suppress When Value is Null" below ..
