    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a very wide argument, I'll try to do an extreme syntesis:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Join (Left, Right, Inner, Outer) is used when you need to link a table to another table according to one or more fields.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Concatenate is a "Union" of 2 or more tables where rows from the second table are queued to the first table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No concatenate is uset to keep a set of data (loaded with Load or Select) distincted by another equal set of data previously loaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
