Counting distinct values (A) higher than (B)

Hi all,

I am trying to count distinct INSTANT_NUMBERS since last order (ANSWER_TYPE = 'Y'). As the dates when there was no answer are 0, I am taking max SEGMENT_NUMBER and counting distinct Instants where the SEGMENT_NUMBER is higher. The dimension is CUSTOMER_NUMBER. I manage to get the correct answer only when I select one customer, bet I need the information for all database.

That's what I'm trying:

=count(DISTINCT{$<SEGMENT_NUMBER={">$(=max({<ANSWER_TYPE={'Y'}>}SEGMENT_NUMBERR))"}>} INSTANT_NUMBER)

I would appreciate any help!
