What is the maximum number of tables can be stored into a QVD?

As per my knowledge we can load as many tables as possible RAM Permits.

Hi Neetha,

We can load N no. of tables .But the thinking of the no.of tables is depends on the volume of the data,some H/W configured and as per the need of the business.

Hello,

Yes as many tables as possible.

Plus, QVD always consists of 1 table but you can have as many QVDs as your harddrive can handle.

Hi Neetha,

You can create N numbers of QVD and load into qvd, But Loading and creating is different by using the QVD.

1. If you create the table and then store them into QVD and then drop it suddenly you can do this n numbers times by loop syntax.

2. If You load the QVD ans store then but do not delete them and reading into QVW file it is depends on the RAM of the system and processor as well.

3. If you load the qvd it is optimized or not in this way also you can load the qvd but depends on the condition.
