Reference line missing when axis position was changed

I have a bar chart showing months on the horizontal axis, and I have a reference line set to =Today(). I had the month names going across the bottom of the chart, I simply would like to move the position of these month labels to the top, ie: (Axes > Position >Right (Top) instead of Left (Bottom). When I made this change, I lost my reference line. Can a reference line still be shown while showing the label on the top vs. the bottom? If not this seems like a strange limitation.

Hi.

When you change the axis position it becomes 'secondary'. So you have to choose 'secondary' axis in the reference line properties.
