KPI's for Asset Management Company

Could you please let me know about KPI's in Asset Management Company which would be relevant while developing a dashboard in Qlikview?

I am listing down few sample KPI's

1.Asset Under Management

2. Net Asset Value

3.Growth %

4.Market Share.

Please add more to the list. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me on this as its very urgent

Hi Vipin,

It purely depends on the data u have, Some of the /KPI's that i think that would be applicable are

1.Profit out of Assets

2.Available Vacancies

3. Rental Rate

4.Absorption Rate

5. Market Ranking

6. vacancy rate

Hi,

I adding some of it for KPIs

1. Accuracy of Asset information

2. Time taken to reconcile the inventory

3. Percentage of difference from Base Line

4. Identification of individuals outside of the asset team modifying the assets information.
