Pivot Table- Hide Expressions (not null/0)

I am attempting to use dimensionality to modify subtotals, and have come across an issue where data shows average of averages.

In order to prevent that, Id like to pull all calculating items into the table, and calculate the comps off of them so it isnt an aoa anymore.

However, i cant figure out how to hide the columns without it affecting the other calculating expressions.

Example:

Current Year

Prior Year

Comp%

I want to only show Comp%, but if i use conditional to hide CY & PY, Comp% doesnt populate.

Any ideas? really need some help on this.
