If I have a chart with some numbers and trafficlight trends - How do i then send an email as alert if example trend is red ? < 20

Is it really true that noone knows how to send an email based on some numbers?? I cant be the only one who have had this demand

Have you tried the Alert Wizard ?

If it does not satisfy your needs, then please describe what the issue is. It may be you require an alternative tool.

An Alert email can be generated based on an expression, which is what you need

I have seen this video.

I have no problem by setting up an alert and getting it to send me an email.

But due to the reason my document is reloaded every hour by scheudle task i only want an email when numbers change. But it seems like it does not work?

And furthermore how can i write the names on a which customers it is concering in the email=

I can easily create an alert. no problem.

My problem is to figure out how to write the name of the customers how is alerted in the email, and my problem is also i only want the alert to send email when the numbers are changes, cause i reload my document every hour by schudle and therefore i dont want the email if nothing has happend

You should consider using NPRINTING to do so.

You can send HTML emails including QV objects in the email and/or attached documents as PDF, xlsx, docx, pptx...

It's an QT partner software.

I guess this cost money - It should not be an external program. it should be made in qlikview..
