Problem with trigger for button on access point

Hi community.

I have problem with a trigger for a button on access point. I have create a dashboard for an area in my company. This dashboard will use on access point. I have create several buttons which link to Execlfiles on our company drive.

The bouttons does not work in the browser If I register with the User who use the teamboard on the computer of him. I cannot connect to the Excelfiles. The access were denided.

But if I register with the same user above on my working station and I use the QV document in the browser, I can connect to the Excelfiles by the boutton.

It is a problem with the old version of the browser what used on working station of the User.

The user have all rights to the folders on the drive where stored the Excelfiles.

Can anywhere help me?
