date and time functions help ....

I have this data loaded to Qlikview.

date	time	code	status	order num
7/31/2013	11:50:00	Imp	start	12345
7/31/2013	13:00:00	imp	end	12345
7/31/2013	15:24:00	imp	start	12334
7/31/2013	16:49:00	imp	end	12334

I have the above table , now i need to calculate the average process time of the order in the date. need to display the time taken to process one order when the order is selected.

Can someone help with this.

This may be overkill for what you need, but I had a need to calculate time to complete and had to account for the work day starting at 9:00am and ending at 5:00pm.

I have attached what I had to do.

Hello Stephen, could you tell me , pls, how can I convert the final field "FinalHours" into a decimal field?
