Set Analysis for User Login

Hi,

I would like to filter certain fields using QV11 new feature Conditional Field.

if the user has Income Flag then he can see the filed.

The user can be either QV user or OS User

So im using a set analysis to filter, (see attached qvw)

But for some reason it shows 0. Please assist

Attached the QVW,

User: servit

Password: servit123

Use this expression
=sum({<User.Login = {"$(=QVUser())"} >} User.IncomeFlag) + sum({<User.Login = {"$(=Upper(Subfield(OSUser(),'\',2)))"} >} User.IncomeFlag)
