How to do a count using today() and last week

I am trying to do a count on a field called [Full Name] where the [Date Hired] falls within today() and last week. I was looking for some sort of adddays(today()-7). Is there a "last week" function?

COUNT({<

[Date Hired] = {">=$(=DATE(MAX([Date Hired])-7))<=$(=DATE(MAX([Date Hired])))"}>} [Full Name])

This will give you the last 7 days

Hi,

You have the function now(). You can put it in a variable and dimunuir seven days.

Rebecca,

It is better to use today() instead of now() on the front end. So, replace max([Date Hired]) with today().
